Township 7 Vineyards & Winery is on the lookout for an energetic Tasting Room Manager to lead our Penticton team. This crucial position involves boosting wine sales, enhancing guest experiences, and leading sales initiatives. As the operational core of our tasting room, you'll ensure seamless operations and delighted visitors.
Your Role Will Involve:
- Lead and motivate our tasting room team.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including staffing and event management.
- Champion our sales and marketing efforts, from promotions to private events.
- Maintain high standards of hospitality, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
- Handle staffing essentials, from recruitment to performance management.
- Manage financial tasks, including budgeting and inventory control.
We Need Someone Who:
- Has a fervent passion for wine and delivering top-tier hospitality.
- Boasts at least 2 years of experience in wine sales/marketing or Wine Club management.
- Holds wine education credentials (WSET level 2+ or equivalent).
- Is available to work weekends, holidays, and events.
- Able to work and live in the Penticton, BC area.
- Can carry 40 pounds thoughout the work day.
- Is a natural leader with excellent organizational skills and can multitask effectively.
