Vintage Hospitality, the Okanagan’s top hospitality employer, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced, passionate Restaurant Chef in one of its Winery Restaurants! As Restaurant Chef, you will be fully responsible for all aspects of the Culinary Program – delivering exceptional wine country dining experiences to our guests. This is a hands-on, challenging role that provides a fantastic opportunity for the right individual to make their mark on the Okanagan Dining Scene
Who We Are: Vintage Hospitality is a hospitality provider located within the South Okanagan Valley (Canadas fastest growing wine country) who operates multiple Winery & Resort Restaurants. We are a fun, dynamic, team-based environment that is well established in the local food & beverage scene.
Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years' experience in an Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef role

Ability to recruit, develop & lead a strong culinary team

A passion for fine, local ingredients and the ability to showcase them

Knowledge of menu & food preparation, cost controls, time management, and personnel management

Self-motivation, professionalism, and a warm and welcoming manner
We Offer:
•Base Salary of $50-$60,000/year dependent on experience, PLUS up to $5,000 in performance based bonuses and bi-weekly gratuities
•6 weeks' paid vacation (based on restaurant closure dates)
