We require a full time cook of Mexican food.
Duties include:
1. Review menu;
2. Clean kitchen and work area;
3. Do "prep" work; may bake pastries;
4. Prepare and complete meals;
5. Set schedule and supervise kitchen operation;
6. Do lists of inventories; prepare new dishes;
7. Train new staff;
8. Review and amend recipe book;
9. Review sales and costs of dishes per meal.
Hours of work are 9AM to 5PM or 12PM to 8PM. Will work on weekends and have two week-days off.
We are looking for dedicated individuals whom can work as a team.
