RETAIL & HOSPITALITY MANAGER

(one position available)

 

Typical responsibilities include:

 

• Recruiting, training, supervising and evaluating staff
• Applying effective cost control techniques
• Maintaining and growing upon active client relationships
• Building new client relationships
• Working with other departments to maximize sales and positive maintain customer experiences
• Planning, organizing and overseeing daily, weekly, and monthly internal and external events
• Preparing daily agendas and staff expectations
• Dealing with customer queries and complaints
• Overseeing merchandise stock control
• Negotiating with suppliers
• Maximizing profitability and meeting sales targets
• Ensuring floats and cash are balanced
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation

Minimum Qualifications:

 

• High School Diploma
• 3+ Years Experience in Hospitality / Restaurant Management
• Smart Serve and Food Handlers Safety Training
