Lailey Winery is looking for an experienced, energetic and responsible individual who takes initiative to join our team. This is a full time, permanent position. This position is very hands-on and involves decision making and leadership.

 

Responsibilities  of Vineyard Management and Cellar Assistance include:

- Managing all aspects of the daily operations involved in running the vineyrad (monitoring for vine pest & disease issues)

- Vine management (pruning, canopy management, etc)

- Machinery Operations

- Safety compliance

- Winemaking assistance

- Bottling and labeling

- Care and maintenance of vineyard and production equipment

 

Requirements:

- Tractor driving experience

- At least 3 years of prior experience with vineyard management

- Available to work occasional weekends

 

Wage will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
