Who You Are:

Do you excel at working with people ? Do you enjoy delivering top notch service? Do you have experience in hospitality or the wine industry, or a keen desire to learn? Do you have an administrative experience, especially in the areas of Finance? Do you have experience with Quickbooks? Do you have accredited wine and/or finance training under your belt? Are you able to work on a compact, dynamic team, both on weekdays and weekends? Are you interested in a full-time, hourly seasonal position at a new, excellence-driven, family-run winery estate in the South Okanagan? Do you meet the following criteria?

  • Some post-secondary education
  • Excellent work ethic, reliability, and integrity
  • Excellent communicator, detail oriented
  • Able to safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • Valid, current drivers license
  • Serving It Right #
  • Valid work permit for employment in Canada and/or a valid SIN #

What is on Offer:

Culmina Family Estate Winery, located in the Golden Mile Bench, is seeking full time, seasonal Hospitality Representative & Financial Assistant for the duration of the 2014 Hospitality season, from May to October. The incumbent will support all activities in the Tasting Room including customer service, event support, and e-commerce fulfillment (50%); as well as support the Finance Director in the development of financial reports and reconciliation of monthly statements (50%).

Hourly remuneration will be commensurate to experience and negotiated upon offer.
