We are a wine agent working with small wineries from the South West France region and we've been approached and selected by a winery as their canadian partner. The winery is leading in innovation and their focus is on the restaurant sector in France, US and very soon in Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
Kick start this project to create a strategic plan that would expand and sustain the right growth model .
Setup communication and points of contact at restaurant levels in lower mainland in short term.
Medium term: to expand across Vancouver Island and long term, interior BC.
Lead presentations and meetings during appointments.
Requirements:
Successful previous experience as a senior sales representative or sales manager ideally in restaurant sector. Consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
Willing to be trained and attend workshops, conferences and be willing to go to South West France..
Excellent communicator is a must.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to tasting if needed and close the orders.
Very strong business acumen and industry expertise.
Excellent coaching and great leadership skills.
