- Maintain schedule and payroll
- Provide product knowledge training
- Organizing day to day activities of retail store and its extensions
Events
- Planning and executing group tours and tasting
- Developing on-site events to support wine club and customer relationships
Customer experience
- Provide excellent experiences for guests
- Support outdoor summer lunch service
Other
- Developing new avenues of driving retail sales
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Cross train in other areas to support all staff
