Job Description
Under the direction of the Food & Beverage Manager, this position is directly responsible for Lodge dining room functions and supervising serving staff, ensuring that functions are being maintained and the highest level of service is being provided for our clientele. This position is of extreme importance, therefore, it is very important to represent the company’s corporate image in an exemplary manner demonstrating superior leadership and management in this complex and challenging environment.
Qualifications
1. Experience with supervision (3-5 years) and organizing work assignments.
2. Serving experience (3-5 years).
3. Serving it Right certification.
4. Foodsafe certification.
5. Experience in all aspects of customer service and people management.
6. Demonstrated ability to lead and direct a team.
7. Strong working knowledge of hospitality industry principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
8. Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment.
9. Knowledge of a second language (preferably German): spoken & written.

$35,000 - $42,000 annually dependent on experience
