Sales Representative – Contract position

We are currently looking for a dynamic, results oriented individual to fill the position of Sales Representative for Calgary. This position requires a self-motivated individual concerned with short term sales activity within accounts as well as developing a long term strategy to ensure AWSM will retain market share and growth strategy. Relationship building is a must to obtain future business in existing and new accounts. If you’re looking for a career that will keep you engaged and rewards you beyond a base salary then you just may be AWSM.
Potential candidates must have a passion for the beverage industry and a competitive spirit that is eager to learn and succeed. Candidates must have the ability to hold a valid passport for business related travel. Preference will be given to candidates with industry experience and who possess:
- Proven skill at closing the sale.
- Event management and promotional activity experience.
- Current or past experience in our industry
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Professional presentation and recognized ability for persuasive sales.
- Leadership and ability to influence accounts.
- Ability to analyze statistics for targeting sales.
- Ability to set and execute high standards of performance.
- Advanced organizational and planning skills; and the ability to respect tight schedules.
- Bachelor Degree or Business Degree preferred.
Base salary plus incentive bonus, car allowance and benefits commensurate with experience. Business related expenses are also covered.
