Job Description
In this entry level position we are seeking a motivated individual who is organized, can work by themselves and in a team environment. You will be assigned your own territory, which you will manage mostly around Edmonton, but also rural southern Alberta from Red Deer, Rocky, south.
Your overall objective is promoting and selling our alcohol products to liquor stores and bars & lounges. Apart from meeting and exceeding sales targets, the individual will also maintain call records and be available to work tastings and weekend functions like the Rocky Mountain Wine & Food festivals.
We have a strong team across Canada which you can share and receive feedback from, but mostly you will be managing yourself to achieve the desired sales results.

SKILLS:
Establish, build, and grow the assigned territory through interpreting current sales and competitor activity and marketing plans, identify areas for growth and execute tactics that will have a positive return on our costs.
Self-motivated and organized with an outgoing positive personality.
Responsible for the growth, success and management of the sales territory, allocating resources and coordinating individual or corporate support and resources to meet objectives effectively and within your territory.
Utilize customer focused selling skills in presenting and keeping post meeting notes to assist in the advancement and/or improvement of current marketing plans.
EXPERIENCE:
Must have a valid driver¹s license with a clean driving record & reliable vehicle.
Strong customer service, interpersonal, presentation, written, communication, and organizational skills.
Basic understanding of gross profits, margins.
Basic computer skills with proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
Backgrounds in the licensee or liquor store industry a positive.
You will be remunerated based on your experience, and results. Applicants will have their own vehicle in good working order. A monthly salary + Car allowance, benefits and RRSP plan. All work related and out of town expenses will be reimbursed.
