Crowfoot Wine & Spirits, one of Alberta’s largest and most dynamic retailers is currently seeking a Retail Wine Consultant/Supervisor for our busy West Market Location.

Family owned and operated since 1993, Crowfoot Wine & Spirits emphasizes customer service, selection and value across all 16 of our locations in Calgary and surrounding areas.

This position will be primarily focused on assisting our customers make the perfect wine choice for their needs. Knowledge of craft beer and spirits is essential to the role as well and to delivering an amazing shopping experience for our customers. Supervisory shifts will include opening/closing the store, managing staff, receiving orders etc.

You Possess

  • Extensive Wine Knowledge - WSET Level 3 Preferred
  • Superior Customer Service Skills
  • Effective Organization, Time Management and Communication Skills
  • Strong Work Ethic, Reliability and a Great Attitude
  • Strong Computer Skills and Attention to Detail
  • Physical Ability to Stand for Long Periods of Time As Well As Lift Up to 25 Lbs.
  • Ability to Work Days or Evenings with Shifts Focused Around Key Times for Retail
  • Current Pro Serve Certification
  • A Strong Desire for Long-term Growth and Advancement
