With Enomatic wine preservation systems, custom wine racking solutions and other industry technologies (including Sanremo espresso machines!), we take it to the next level by offering our customers unique, modern beverage solutions. After years of distributing HORECA quality products to the trade, we’re opening our doors to the public as well, offering glassware and other accessories.
This January we will be opening a brand new store and showroom just north of Bloor West Village, at Jane and Annette St. We’re looking for someone who shares our passion for wine, espresso and all things related to help us launch and operate our new retail location.
Working closely with our sales, marketing and administrative staff, the Storefront Manager will be responsible for the following:
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Planning and executing dally store operations including but not limited to: greeting Enostore customers/industry clientele, assisting customers with purchasing decisions, processing retail transactions and answering questions relating to the store both over the phone and email, ensuring a high level of customer service at all times
- Demonstrate the use of display model systems, including Enomatic Wine Systems, Sanremo Espresso machines and more
- Achieve financial objectives by meeting monthly sales targets
- Position the store strategically within local markets
- Maintain up-to-date inventory of all products, preparing orders as necessary
- Ensure product displays are kept clean and orderly
- Make recommendations for merchandising/promotional displays
- Coordinate and execute regular events, drawing in new customers as well as strengthening relationships with current customers
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop event and product promotions as well as translate text for the Enostore website and social media platforms (coming soon)
QUALIFICATIONS
- Post-secondary education
- Fluent in both English and French is an asset
- A background in the hospitality sector with retail experience
- Wine/espresso knowledge
- Event coordination experience an asset
- Experience launching a new boutique/store a definite asset
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
Position will remain active until filled.
$40-45, 000 base salary, depending on experience.
