Beaufort Winery is an organically certified winery on Vancouver Island.  We are looking for part-time tasting room employees.  If you are passionate about wine and want to learn more, love working with people and enjoy the busyness of the hospitality industry; this is the job for you! 

 

Job Description:

  • Welcoming guests to the winery in a friendly manner

  • Providing a thoughtful and informative tasting experience to guests

  • Handling retail transactions on Commerce 7

  • Wine stocking as needed

  • Bussing & polishing glassware

  • Maintaining a clean and professional working environment

  • Other duties as assigned

  • Weekend shifts required (Saturday and Sunday)

Qualifications:

  • Wine Training/WSET considered an asset but not mandatory

  • Must be able to lift 40 lbs

  • Current Serving it Right

  • Hospitality experience an asset 

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Good computer skills

 

 

$19 - $22 + tips
