Founded in 1982, Select Wine Merchants is one of Canada’s leading, privately-owned premium Import Wine agencies proudly representing only key wineries from the world’s top wine producing regions.

 

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a self-motivated and proven wine professional to join our team and manage the On-Premise business in Alberta’s key markets including Calgary, Banff, Edmonton and Jasper.

  • Build and manage best-in-class relationships with Alberta’s top On-Premise and Fine Wine Retail accounts

  • Secure distribution and increase rate of sale and exposure for our winery partners within these top accounts

  • Manage and sell allocations of limited release wines

  • Work alongside a great team to promote our brands at industry and private events

  • Plan and execute unforgettable events for our winery partners by collaborating with Alberta’s top fine wine accounts

  • Inspire external ambassadors through wine education and strong account management

  • Collaborate with key influencers to help keep our winery partners top of mind with Alberta wine enthusiasts
