As a member of the Roust Canada national marketing team, reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for assisting with all marketing activities and executing the national social media strategy. The Marketing Coordinator will also assist the National Marketing team with Brand information tracking and reporting as well as ad hoc projects specifically focused on executing brand building projects within the Russian Standard Vodka, Zubrowka Vodka, Gancia Wines and third party spirits and wine portfolio.
Specific Duties:
Assist Marketing Mangers with product and program applications.
· Update national pricing and programming Tracker for all provinces by the second business day of the period.
· Provide regional sales and marketing teams with approved brand images, logos and brand guidelines upon request.
· Collaborate with Brand Managers, Field Marketing and regional Trade Marketing teams to produce neck tags, shelf talkers, extender strips and other point of sales material needed for programming.
· Manage data base of Global artwork and materials and recommend application in Canada.
· Coordinate ordering and distribution of all national sell sheets, Point of Sales materials, event materials.
· Cross reference National advertising and promotion expenses with RSV Direct Marketing Expense reporting to ensure accuracy and spending compliance each month.
· With the assistance of Brand and Marketing Managers, review data monthly reviews and quarterly business reviews and synthesize key sales results into PowerPoint based review
· Attend meetings with Brand team and senior executive, compile accurate minutes of meeting and distribute in a timely fashion
· Work with Brand Managers to develop and maintain our social media strategy leveraging US and UK assets.
· Prepare and post content as per the authorized Facebook content calendar as well as respond to Facebook fan requests and issues.
· Gain an understanding of local market by visiting off-premise and on-premise outlets with the sales/marketing team, as well as trade/consumer shows; this will occasionally take place outside of regular business hours
· Keep abreast of competitive trends and report appropriate developments.

Minimum Requirements (Education, Experience, Qualifications, Skills, Abilities)

Legally able to sell alcohol beverages (over 18 years of age)
Full-time $40,000-$45,000 / annum.
