Part-time Sales Representative – Benjamin Bridge

Benjamin Bridge is a growing, family-owned winery and vineyard located in the heart of the rural Gaspereau Valley in Nova Scotia on the Bay of Fundy, where its cool, maritime climate enables it to pursue international quality traditional method sparkling wines and brisk, aromatic whites.

Benjamin Bridge seeks a candidate to work part-time as part of its local sales team. The successful candidate will work 20-hours per week -- with some flexible work hours to accommodate other pursuits -- and report to Head of Sales. The candidate must be willing to live in or commute to the rural Annapolis Valley and travel in the Maritimes for work, and be looking to build a long-term future in the wine industry.

Responsibilities

·       Report to Benjamin Bridge’s Head of Sales.

·       Execute on the day-to-day requirements of its local markets as set out by the Head of Sales.

·       Travel frequently throughout the Maritimes.

·       Prepare and maintain daily reports.

·       Work efficiently and effectively with its wholesale buyers’ retail and licensee staff.

·       Be an ambassador for the winery and its wines.

Requirements

·      Some experience in wine sales. Certified wine education an asset.

·       Superior communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Be detailed oriented with an ability to work in Excel format.

·       Driver’s licence and ability to travel in the Maritimes for work.

$16-18 depending on experience
