We are a diversified winemaking supply business selling quality products to wineries, cideries and breweries. These products include the full range of harvest equipment, stainless steel tanks for all beverage industries, laboratory equipment, supplies and solutions, French oak barrels and oak alternatives, ozonators and a full Oenological product line.
As we continue on our successful path, we are looking to add a full-time, self- motivated, innovative and dedicated member to our team to enhance sales in the Quebec market. We are seeking someone who has a positive customer oriented approach and is success driven.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Bilingual Sales Representative
- Identify and develop new customers and sales opportunities in the territory.
- Responsible for meeting sales targets of all products.
- Managing winery accounts in the specific territory.
- Identifying customers’ needs and providing knowledgeable input and solutions.
- Communication with team and management regarding product quotes for customers.
- Being up-to-date with new products and their composition.
- Candidates must demonstrate examples of being self-motivated and possess strong organizational skills and the ability to work without direct supervision.
- Organizing technical meetings with regional winemakers.
- Ability to manage time, creating an efficient daily schedule.
- Extensive car travel is required.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS and EDUCATION
- This person MUST be fluent in both French and English and be able to both speak and write in full grammatical sentences.
- The successful candidate will be proficient in winemaking practices and will have a post-secondary winemaking education, minimum of 2 years winemaking experience is preferred.
- At least 2 years of sales experience with a diverse portfolio is requested, with a strong commercial sense of negotiating and closing a sale.
- This person must possess a positive attitude and exhibit great customer service.
- Effective use of networking and strong interpersonal skills
- The successful candidate must have a valid driver’s license free of any major violations in the last FIVE years.
We offer a compensation package including salary with performance-based incentives including a yearly bonus. Vehicle allowance, hotel and food cost covered when needed.
