Hernder Estate Wines is seeking a motivated full-time winemaker (6-12 month position). Will be responsible for chemical analysis, fermentation, barrel work, racking filtration, taking samples and tasting, pumping and wine transfers, preparing wines for bottling, inventory management, work orders, record keeping, reports (bottling, audits and excise). Must be familiar with VQA regulations, requests and submissions.
2 year minimum experience in a winery from crush to bottle
