As a member of our winery retail team you’ll find an infectious sense of fun. We all wear many hats and “that’s not my job” isn’t in our vocabulary, we do what needs to be done and we go above expectations when doing so.  We are not afraid to ask for help, nor are we afraid to figure things out on our own. 

We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate, and hardworking team players to work with us in our Tasting Room to provide an exceptional guest experience, work on and off premise events, and wear the FRC logo with pride. Candidates must have excellent customer service skills, and the ability to clearly articulate our story, philosophy, and practices that make us unique.

Qualifications:

-          Must be available to work weekends and holidays

-          Smart Serve certified

-          Broad knowledge or passion for food and wine

-          Previous Hospitality/Retail experience

-          Must be creative, enthusiastic and confident

-          Great team-player

-          Ability to pick up and put down heavy things (A case of wine)
