Monte Creek Ranch (Box 11 - 2420 Miners Bluff Road Monte Creek, BC V0E 2M0) is seeking 2 Vineyard Formans for our beautiful Vineyard located just outside Kamloops. We are looking strong, self modivated people with knowledge of growing grapes and that pocess good leadership qualitites.

These roles report to the Vineyard Manager with a dotted line to the Winemaker.

Primary Role includes but isn't limited to:

Support the vineyard manager, in the management of vineyards.

Leading and directing vineyard workers to achieve results.

Operating equipment to cultivate, prune, fertilize, and spray the vineyard.

Soil managment and monitoring for vine pest and disease issues.

Harvesting fruit.

Irrigation and trellis monitoring and reparis.

Planting and tying.

This is a very hands-on position which requires training and practical experience in viticulture, Physical fitness and willingness to work out doors in a variety of weather.

Compensation will be awarded based on experience and is competitive with industry standards.
