Cellar-tek Supplies is searching for a new team member! The role would be that of our Administrative Assistant / Receptionist, which is the most frontline position in our company. You will be the first contact with most of our customers, therefore you must have excellent communication and people skills, both on the phone and in person.
Our business can get pretty technical, so having the ability to learn and understand the trade language in the wine, cider and brewing industries will be an asset. This position is multi-faceted with duties including: reception for both walk-in customers & incoming phone calls, filing, using our inventory software, data input, shipping small packages, assisting our financial administrator, inventory control, and more! Successful candidates can look forward to working in a positive team atmosphere.
Compensation will be based upon candidate's experience and general skill set.
