Join our fun and friendly Winery. We are looking for an experienced, energetic and very friendly individual to provide a wide range of administrative support to the Events Manager.

·         5+ years of recent relevant experience or certificate.

·         Ability to pay attention to details and multi-task under a high energy and changing environment.

·         Proven ability to problem solve and work with minimal supervision and direction.

·         Must exercise discretion and confidentiality.

·         Excellent calendar management skills.

·         Tactful and effective communicator, both oral and written.

·         Experienced in hospitality.

·         Excellent interpersonal relations and a demonstrated ability to work with others effectively.

·         Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks based on comparative importance and urgency.

·         Excellent organization, prioritization and time management skills.

·         Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Work, Excel, and PowerPoint.
