Fine Wine Sales Development Program
The Sales Development Program is an advanced work and study experience where we leverage our unique winery properties for the professional development of prospective future sales professionals interested in building a career in the wine industry. The program begins with an intensive summer placement at Mission Hill Family Estate between April and September each season. While working at Mission Hill Family Estate, program participants will be placed in one of the following roles: Sommelier, or Server (Private Events or Terrace). Upon completion of the program, each participant will be assessed for a placement with the Mark Anthony Wine & Spirits selling organization in Canada.

| Requirements |
• Completed university degree in Business, Commerce, Hospitality or related
• WSET Level II required
• Food and beverage service experience
• Sales experience in a competitive environment
• Interest in building a career in the wine industry
• Passion to win and drive results
• Mobility to move within Canada preferred |
