Tantalus Vineyards is situated on the eastern slopes of the Okanagan Valley, overlooking the shores of Lake Okanagan and the town site of Kelowna. Our sleek, LEED-Certified winery and private, landscaped estate provides guests with a spectacular venue in which to host their most special occasions.

The Wedding Venue Supervisor is responsible for set up, tear down and direction of staff for a set number of weddings that have been booked for the 2015 season. In addition, the Wedding Venue Supervisor will also be responsible for coordinating with pre-booked wedding vendors and service providers.

This is a seasonal opportunity available from June to September. It requires a commitment of approximately 24 days.

The successful applicant will have a proven background in hospitality and/or food and beverage operations and a passion for wine.

You are a mature, detail-oriented person, who enjoys working in a team environment. Your commitment to service excellence ensures our wedding clientele will have an experience beyond their expectation. Your well-developed organizational skills and the ability to effectively supervise support staff will be important assets, as will your willingness to pitch-in to ensure tasks are completed in a timely and precise manner.
