Furthermore, each spring, wine lovers from around the world gather at the Relais & Châteaux Post Hotel & Spa for a three day celebration of great wine, fabulous food and new found friendships - Wine Summit Lake Louise. Here, alongside the famous winemakers and estate owners, our guests have a very rare opportunity to sample some of the world’s most outstanding wines.
As a Bartender in our Sir Norman Lounge and Formal Dining Room you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions
- Take food orders and relay to kitchen staff
- Take and prepare beverage orders
- Serve food and beverages
- Present bill to patrons and accept payment
- Assist Sommelier with stocking wine cellar
Skills requirements:
Education: Completion of high school
Work experience: Previous experience - formal dining
Terms of employment: Permanent/Full Time
Wage: $10.50 per hour plus your gratuities with a 5-day/40 hour work-week; plus $1.00/hr bonus if season completed (mid-October 2015)
Benefits: Staff Accommodation (subsidized rate) - Single, private rooms (includes 3 meals per day in staff dining room) $450/month
