Vista D’oro Farms & Winery in the Campbell Valley – located in South Langley 45 minutes from Vancouver.  We are dedicated to providing the ultimate agritourism experience in our Farmgate shop and Tasting Room.

We are seeking energetic and qualified individuals to join our team as a Farmgate Shop & Tasting Room Hosts. The position includes  giving our year round guests an authentic and unforgettable experience.

Responsibilities:

 

Tasting Room Host & Picnic Concierge

·      Provide exemplary tasting room guest experience including hosting wine tastings, sharing knowledge regarding our farm, wines, and preserves for groups of up to 30

·      Maintain shop inventory – restocking/merchandising/sampling & sales tracking

·      Create and maintain a clean, welcoming and premium atmosphere in the tasting room for customers

Qualifications:

The preferred candidate will have all of the following:

-  Solid knowledge of and a passion for wine & food

-  Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

-  Friendly outgoing personality eager to learn new skills and work in a small team environment

-  Flexibility in scheduling with availability to work weekends

- Serving It Right certificate

-  Ability to lift 40 lbs. repeatedly
