Fort berens winery is looking for an interim winemaker to direct the 2016 crush. Our winemaker is on sick leave and needs someone to oversee all of the crush activities. The successful candidate will need to direct the cellar crew, conduct routine laboratory analysis, coordinate harvest timing, process fruit and ensure stability/quality in the 2016 wines.
Applicants must have prior experience as a winemaker.
