Hobbs & Co. is a boutique agency, distributing quality wines, craft beer, craft cider and craft spirits throughout Ontario since 1993. We are presently looking for a strong sales performer for the London and SW Region of Ontario.
In this role, you will be responsible for two key channels:
On Premise:
You will call on and secure sales with restaurants, bars, pubs and clubs to develop strong relationships with key decision-makers & influencers, promoting the Hobbs portfolio and increasing sales penetration in the territory.
Retail:
You will also call on key LCBO stores and the emerging Grocery Store channel - again building brand awareness, securing listings and merchandising, educating staff and ensuring strong sell-through of our wines, beers, ciders and spirits
The ideal candidate will have:
- effective oral/written communication skills
- demonstrated persuasive sales experience
- the ability to work independently towards achieving goals
- strong organizational and time management skills
- a car and valid driver’s license
- industry experience, knowledge, and enthusiasm for beverage alcohol
