We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated sales professional to join our British Columbia sales team in the position of Account Manager, North Shore & Tri-City.
A small tight knit team of Account Managers based in key areas of British Columbia. Energy, passion and talent summarize the team precisely! You will report into the Provincial Sales Manager, who believes in opportunities, empowerment and ongoing coaching. It was a very difficult decision for the current incumbent to depart as they are moving away from Vancouver. About the role, ideally based in Lower Mainland, you will have accountability for all channels including retail and on-premise account management in the North Shore and Tri-City territory. You will responsible for driving business growth in the designated territory through high quality distribution of the Oyster Bay and Barossa Valley Estate brands.
Looking at the wider team, our Global Sales and Marketing Division employs 160 people internationally and is the a powerful sales and distribution network spanning more than 30 countries and including in-market sales offices in Canada, USA, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and now in China. We have a strong team of 20 in Canada, well supported by the Toronto based national office and the head office in New Zealand.
What are we looking for? A good question! Someone with a hard-working attitude, willingness to learn and a few add-ons:
- Food and beverage experience in hospitality or on-road sales in FMCG;
- Enjoys a structured working environment and is well planned / organized;
- Takes initiative and is able to think outside of the box;
- Willingness to go the extra mile;
- Tertiary level qualification is desirable;
