We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, fantastic project management skills, is super well organized since they will be juggling many tasks, plays well in the sandbox, can deal with the nitty gritty details, and, most of all, loves the craft beer and cider scene. We are looking for someone who will take the initiative to understand the competitive marketplace and what it will take to break through.
You will have a demonstrated ability to grow brands, and hands on product management. This is your chance to manage from “idea” to the glass. You will be supported by your manager, the VP of Marketing and a small but mighty commercial and production team.

ABOUT THORNBURY VILLAGE CRAFT CIDER & BEER:
Established in 2007, nestled in the famous Blue Mountains, the heart of Canada’s apple country, Thornbury Village Craft Cider House has been producing premium apple cider in a century old historic apple processing facility. We also represent a range of international brands such as Warsteiner Brewery from Germany, Cumulus Estate Wines from Australia, Frisky Zebra from South Africa and a number of other international wine suppliers.
As part of our continued growth and success, we require a full time Brand Manager (BM) for our Beer & Cider products. This newly created position will report directly to the VP of Marketing. The position will have a significant impact on the growth, profitability and market share of the Thornbury Village Craft Cider and Beer business in Canada.
Skill Set mandatories
Product Management including packaging, innovation, design management.
Brand Management: Planning, managing media – All channels, positioning. Portfolio management.
Competitive and Data Analysis: drawing conclusions and recommendations based on insights and OTC data.
