We also have the top selling Ontario Craft Cider made from 100% fresh pressed Ontario apples.

Position Summary
Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, the Ontario Sales Manager will provide coaching and leadership to the Key Account Managers (2) and Area Managers (8) in achieving all stated sales objectives and standards by brand in both a wholesale (LCBO, Grocery & The Beer Store) and On Premise (restaurants, bars clubs and banquet halls) settings.
Key Responsibilities
• Help set provincial brand volume and distribution objectives to the sales team and provides coaching and feedback based on performance.
• Communicates established standards for shelving, display, and POS by brand. Measures progress against standards; provides coaching and feedback based on performance and individual motivators.
• Executes 2 to 3 route rides with Key Account/Area Managers weekly and documents opportunities and feedback.
• Conducts monthly one to one meetings with all Key Account/Area Managers to set development goals and to provide the opportunity to give and receive feedback.
• Support of all tradeshows and sampling events in the province.
• Assist and help lead in the final development, training, launch, field execution & ongoing improvements of the CRM & Business Intelligence system
• Assists the sales team in driving new Business Development, especially in the licensee channel for wine, beer & cider.
• Functions cooperatively and effectively within a team environment
• Conducts all administrative requirements as needed

Education and Experience
• University or College degree
• Minimum of 3-5 years sales experience, supervisory or team lead experience ideally in beverage alcohol or in a related or complimentary field
