Job Summary:
The Territory Manager role is expected to reach the sales objectives by executing the marketing and sales plan for the ANBL & PEILCC retail liquor stores for the territory based in Moncton, New Brunswick. Solicit potential customers in NB and PEI through programs and tools made available.
Responsibilities:

Sell the various promotions, planograms, sales and marketing concepts, commercial agreements with the customers and to ensure its execution;

Secure sales promotions, programs, shelf space etc. for the MONDIA portfolio and verify that the programs and promotions are executed by the client as agreed;

Optimize Mondia Portfolio distribution by developing current and future customers.

Introduce and present new products;

Visit on a regular basis and inform the current customer base from Liquor Stores, restaurants and bars in the territory, to review the product positioning and the posting of the brand promotional material or to proceed to the posting of the material when required;

Ensure that all Mondia Alliance products are well represented with the customer base;

Optimize available budgets in order to meet the Company objectives and clients expectations.

Take charge of business development with current and future customer base in the territory;

Plan, execute and follow up on customers business development using IT Tools (CRM/EzFocus);

Inform the immediate Manager of market conditions and competitor’s trends;

Write sales reports and other management reports using IT tools;

Participate in various sales events;

Job Requirements:
-
University degree education in Business Administration or Commerce (specialized in marketing or other relevant field);

Knowledge of wines and spirits;
-
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
-
3 to 5 years of experience selling consuming products or luxurious products;

1 year of experience selling in wine Industry, (ANBL/PEILCC);

Able to work on the road;

Possess a valid driver’s license;

Possess a car;

Available for business travelling;

English (French an asset);
