· In charge of purchase order process
· Schedules and logs for building maintenance
· Purchasing - collecting quotes and providing recommendations
· Health and Safety
· Facilitate future expansion projects
Candidate must possess following skills
· Manage a heavy workload
· Ability to work across many cross functional groups
· Ability to manage both long term projects and short term crisis
· Strong critical thinking abilities
· Be an effective communicator
· Have a take charge action orientated approach
· Be proficient in Microsoft Excel
