Harvest assistant (Wine Jobs: Vineyards & Cellars )

Looking for a harvest assistant. 

Duties include lab analysis of grape musts and wine, (brix, ph, ta, alc, free so2) Vineyard sampling.

 Cellar activities such as yeast rehydration and addition, rackings, transferring, barrel cellar work, crush/destemming, pressing, pumpovers and punch downs. Setting up pumps and lines and clean up pressing and equipment.

Be a team player.

Forklift certification and first aid training are a plus.

Be able to lift 50lbs and work long days and evenings.
