Key Account Manager (Wine Jobs: Sales & Marketing)

Responsible for designing and implementing Constellation’s sales strategy in New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island. In conjunction with the Regional Manager Atlantic Liquor Boards (RM) develop the product strategies for sales, marketing, advertising, pricing and distribution across both provinces. Indirectly manage activities of field sales team (2) and ensure they are fully briefed on all LB merchandising programs and have clear monthly/quarterly focus. Assume full responsibility for EBIT contribution in both provinces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and champion the strategy and execution of the sales plan in N.B. and P.E.I.
• Develop volume, revenue and portfolio mix targets and formally review on a quarterly basis. Develop and execute tactics to achieve these targets in each province.  
• Work with RM on portfolio prioritization and a customer segmentation strategy by province.  
• Develop and execute the annual plan and key customer development plans (CDP’s) -1 for ANBL/1 for PEILCC/1 for licensee business.
• Develop and track Promo and SGA spend and ensure on line with targeted budgets. Responsible to deliver EBIT contribution for both provinces.
• Ongoing tracking and reviewing of all promotional ROI activities.
• Full responsibility for annual planning and all LE reviews.
• Full responsibilities for all Liquor Board account coverage.
• Partner with Supply Chain on all forecasting requirements.
• Full participation in all internal meetings – MPM/Brands Plans/Business Reviews/Marketing Strategy Sessions/Portfolio Reviews/Pricing Meetings/Promo Analysis.
• Increase market share in both provinces while generating profitable sales growth. 
• Actively involved in all Team meetings (Monthly calls/Quarterly Updates/Off Site Meetings), help shape content and lead.
• Maintain small Account base in N.B. (both retail and OP)
