Group Sales & Business Development
Seek out, establishes and Manages new sales of the company’s products and services. This also includes business that is coming in from present advertising in conjunction with both ownership and a liaison with the administrative office. Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning,deployment and management of sales personnel. Identifies & creates objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.
Hours of business is 9am-5 pm Monday to Friday and every other Saturday May1st to October 1st with Sunday & Monday as days off when a Saturday is required 8:30 am - 12:30 pm
(Off site hours when asked TBA) compensation will be discussed.
Create, facilitate and submit group client proposals
Create new services while facilitating specialized events and or programs.
Must work in conjunction with admin office fielding calls to ensure business growth through daily customer service.
Submit weekly sales meeting agendas with time and place and duration of meetings
Attend trade seminars and trade shows.
Establish & maintain core relationships through weekly calls ( follow up calls on quality of service reinforcing partnerships).
Use office space as a hub to create progressive sales techniques and partnerships with local community organizations and tactical regional opportunities.
Maintain an effective budget of resources to facilitate sales calls.
Salary plus commission based
