Arterra Wines Canada is seeking an enthusiastic, hard working and driven candidate for the 2017 vintage at the Niagara Falls Cellars site. At Arterra Canada winery, this facility produces over 3 million cases of VQA and non-VQA wines and refreshment products for brands including Jackson-Triggs, Inniskillin, Open Wines, Sawmill Creek and Vex. Successful applicants will gain experience in large scale winery operations, be exposed to some of the newest technologies in winemaking and work with a fun, knowledgeable and experienced winemaking team. Specific duties will include but not be limited to: 

• monitoring and reporting on grape quality at reception 

• reporting on crush, press and other operational efficiencies

• participating in fermentation management and monitoring

• participating in full scale oenological trial development and monitoring
