As a bilingual customer service specialist based out of our Niagara on the Lake office, you will have the opportunity to engage with our customers on a daily basis, performing numerous tasks to ensure that we exceed their expectations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Front line support for our customer base
- Order processing for fermentation, cellar & filtration supplies
- Work closely with internal colleagues (sales, finance, shipping) to ensure the efficient fulfillment of customer orders and answers to customer questions
- Numerous administrative tasks that support your internal colleagues in delivering quality customer service.
- Open to assume new responsibilities as opportunities arise
Qualifications:
- MUST be fluently bilingual – both in conversation and in writing.
- MUST bring a positive outlook to their job duties on a daily basis.
- MUST be looking for a long-term career opportunity.
- SHOULD have experience, and a comfort with technology (word, excel, corporate computer systems)
- Industry experience in the wine industry NOT NECESSARY. (learning about wine & beer is the fun part)
- MUST demonstrate strong organizational skills.
