The Hospitality Sales Manager at Stratus will report to the Director of Hospitality and Retail with a view to reaching the annual sales and hospitality objectives related to private corporate and social entertaining. The primary role will be to attract, propose and close hospitality events in concert with Stratus’ ultra-premium philosophy. The Hospitality Sales Manager will work closely with the Hospitality Coordinator and Guest Relations Team to deliver ‘best in class’ wine country programs.
Related experience and wine industry knowledge and passion are essential to this role. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are also required. Industry related accreditation an asset.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Inbound and outbound corporate liaison

Innovative outreach to attract prospective clients

Ability to create customized and accurate proposals

Ability to close and execute contracted programs

On-site event supervision

Sales projections and tracking management

Collaboration with Hospitality Coordinator

Development of new, unique and relevant programming

Assistance with winery public events program

Corporate gifting related to on-site programs
Commensurate with experience.
