The Retail & Tour Associate is responsible for consistent, outstanding hospitality to all visitors by providing an overall entertaining and informative tour and tasting experience for each individual or group of visitors with the ultimate goal of achieving sales. You are also responsible for the smooth operation of customer check-outs at the cash register and careful cash handling. Daily tasks include conducting wine tastings at bar, conducting walking vineyard tours, customer service, general upkeep of service areas, etc. Must be available weekends & some evenings.
Job Qualifications: Excellent people and relationship building skills, a desire for high standards, team player with a positive attitude, wine knowledge an asset but not necessary as training is provided.
