You, the ideal candidate, will be passionate about wine, get energergized by being with customers, have taken wine courses, and have some retail experience, but not necessarily in the wine business.

Because of your hospitality, customers will be delighted with their winery experience at Small Talk.  They will learn about the qualities of our wines, experience our hospitality, and have a great time with their friends while they visit.

You should know how to sell professionally, and be able to up-sell and cross-sell effortlessly as a service to the customer.

It really helps if you walk on water.

Compensation is merit based and generous for the right candidate.
