PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:

Customer Relationship Management
Wine Club
Event Planning

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Media
Partnership with art direction and product promotions
Manage and grow image bank, including bottle shots
Review and consider all advertising initiatives presented via intrigued email and sales team
Create tasting notes and sales sheets
Create text and design of newsletters for both general email list and wine club
Collateral materials for sales team including tent cards, business cards
Create and execute marketing plan with Vancouver sales team
Attend marketing functions to promote the brand and wine club

Social and Digital Development
Responsible for all social media platforms
Encourage collection of photographs from BCV staff and friends and industry partners
Identify opportunities to drive sales through online promotions and creativity
Update and maintain website and online store

Customer Relationship Management
Analysis and implementation of information from CRM software
Develop protocols to follow up with (high value) online and onsite customers
Develop a measurement methodology and percentage goals for conversion rate to repeat sales
Study and implement customer feedback methods (scorecards, surveys)

Wine Club
Manage and grow wine club membership through data capture campaigns, promotions and integration of social media pages and wine club membership database
Manage inventory to ensure adequate levels for shipments
Execute all aspects of shipments
Create, send and monitor wine club emails through email marketing program
Work with IT to create "pop up" incentives when purchasing online

Event Planning
Responsible for event creation, including: logistics, onsite management, ticket sales and promotions
