Osoyoos Larose Winery Estate in okanagan valley is looking for its cellar team for the 2016 harvest. This job can evolve into a full time opportunity.

 

The responsibilities include, but will not be limited to : harvest cellar set up, sanitation of tanks and equipment ; grape reception ; ingredient additions; pump overs; monitoring fermentation; filters and crush/press equipment and forklift; cleaning, filling and topping barrels; transferring/racking tanks; taking samples...

 

Can be an asset

- A certificate or diploma in winery/vineyard/winemaking preferred. Knowledge of wine cellar operating procedures and equipment;

- The ability to understand and perform basic math;

- Forklift certification

- Ability to lift weight
