Mica Restaurant as the Banquet Manager
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar management position

Excellent organizational, administrative and communication skills
-
Self-motivated, high energy, professional, and personable
-
Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends
Key Responsibilities :
-
Oversee & coordinate the delivery of all aspects of events in accordance with BEO contracts and management exectations.

Manage all aspects of the day to day operations of the banquet department ensuring that they are an integral part of the resort experience

Ensure all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous service at all times
-
Anticipating guest’s needs and providing superior guest satisfaction at all times
-
Manage partner relations with the resort sales/events team and all resort staff
-
Responsible for sales reconciliation for the banquet department

Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Liaising with the Banquet Chef to ensure a seamless guest experience

Ordering supplies for the banquet department
-
Maintaining small wares and equipment
What we can offer you:
A competitive combined compensation package of $45,000 - $55,000
