The Philippe Dandurand Wines Ltd. team requires an individual that is personable, with a high level of motivation and eagerness to learn and develop in a dynamic industry and work environment. This individual will share in the Philippe Dandurand Wines Ltd. mission to be a reliable business partner, providing added value to our suppliers, customers, and brands.

SALES REPRESENTATIVE

The Sales Representative will report directly to the Sales Director MB/SK, managing a given territory in the province of Saskatchewan.  The individual will work closely with the SLGA and private channel retail outlets, and licensee channel partners, focused on distribution, marketing program execution, and product placement.  Quarterly goals and targets will be set, with a bonus structure in place.

  • Execute a sales call cycle for SLGA, private channel, and licensee customers in the given region
  • Manage a portfolio of over 170+ international wines
  • Work with retail managers and staff to ensure proper inventory levels of products to maximize sales opportunities
  • Aggressively grow the market share and presence in the licensee side of the business by building quality partnerships that fit our portfolio of brands
  • Analyze industry data and interpret the information to build quality sales pitches with a strong focus on ROI
  • Ability to present in front of multiple individuals in a professional manner, with a strong level of confidence
  • Ability to develop and execute upon a target list of accounts and brands
  • Strong knowledge of the industry and competitors within the industry

QUALIFICATIONS

  • University/Post Secondary Degree and/or high level of experience
  • 2-3 years sales experience in a similar role
  • Previous sales experience in the Beverage alcohol industry is highly recommended
  • Above average wine knowledge and educational background is an asset
