POSITION PROFILE:
The Online Host/Receptionist is responsible for a wide variety of clerical office duties in support of company administration. This includes coordinating and communicating office activities, answering and referring inbound telephone calls, and scheduling appointments. This position will also be responsible for administering company correspondence.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Take reservations for Restaurant and work within guidelines set out by F&B Director
- Organize and oversee Online Event Ticket Sales
- Respond to telephone, e-mail, and in-person inquiries from clients, business partners, and other parties.
- Refer all inquiries to the appropriate individuals, divisions, or departments across the organization.
- Take and record telephone, e-mail, or written messages for staff members.
- Type forms, letters, reports, and memos as necessary.
- Receive and distribute all forms of paper correspondence.
- Organize, maintain, and coordinate office records and files in their proper locations.
- Track online and customer survey reviews
- Oversee all Office Supplies inventory
- Where necessary, assist in the compilation of data for various reports.
- Arrange and book meetings in boardrooms, off-site conference halls, and other locations; ensure the appropriate presentation equipment is there.
- As a front-line worker, present a positive and professional image of the organization to all visitors, suppliers, inquiries, and other interactions.
- Provide information to staff and/or clients about special activities.
- Ensure all forms and reports are completed as needed.
- Administer and manage inbound/outbound mail, including priority post, packages, courier services, and other correspondence.
- Maintain the reception in a tidy and presentable manner.
- Accept and monitor inbound shipments as necessary.
LEAN MANUFACTURING:

Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions (WIs)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Highly organized
- Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering, as well as inventory control of these items.

Proper deployment of transferring call in a timely fashion

Attention to detail with regards to reservations

Efficiency returning voice mail

Upselling across all platforms for internal events and wine promotions

Diligence of maintaining the needs of staff communication

Efficiency of responding to inquiries

Consistent contact with managers for up-to-date messaging deployment

Communication with accounting with regards to donation tracking
- Superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and verbal skills to communicate with all levels of the organization and its executive team.
- Strong customer service orientation.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Flexible work schedule, including weekends
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to prioritize and organize work tasks

$14.00 - $16.00 Dependent on Experience
