Langley winery requires full time winemaking support
The successful applicant will be assisting in all aspects of wine production.
This includes but is not limited to:
Receiving and processing fruit
Assisting with fermentation operations including pumpovers, punchdowns, pressing, racking and related activities.
Movement of juice and wine in the winery and cellar.
Cleaning and sanitation of equipment.
Monitoring, documenting and reporting activities related to the above.
You will possess a valid driver’s license, be physically fit and able to lift 50 lbs routinely.
A positive attitude and work ethic, attention to detail and dedication to making excellent wine as part of a team are required.
Applicants with some previous wine making experience and/or education, valid forklift training/license and a mechanical aptitude are preferred.
