Job Summary: The Territory Manager is responsible for calling on both the on-premise & retail channels within the territory geography. Responsibilities will include meeting sales objectives & execution of sales and marketing plans. (PERMANENT FULL TIME POSITION)
Responsibilities:
- Sell various promotions, planograms, sales and marketing concepts, and commercial agreements with the customers and ensure their execution;
- Book sales promotions, programs, shelf space etc. for the MONDIA portfolio and verify that the programs and promotions are executed by the client as agreed;
- Maintain and grow distribution, volume & market share by building partnerships with customers.
- Manage new innovation listings with partners
- Prospects , quantifies & qualifies new On Premise opportunities
- Ensure that all Mondia Alliance products are well distributed with the customer base;
- Optimize available budgets in order to meet the Company objectives and clients expectations.
- Take charge of business development with current and future customer base in the territory;
- Plan, execute and follow on customers’ business development using IT Tools ( CRM)
- Inform the immediate Manager of market conditions and competitor’s trends;
- Write sales reports and other management reports using IT tools;
- Participate to various sales events.
Job Requirements:
- University degree education in business administration or commerce (specialized in marketing or other relevant field);
- Knowledge of wines and spirits (a strong asset)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
- 3 to 5 years of experience selling consumer products or luxury products
- 1 years of experience selling in wine Industry
- Able to work on the road;
- Possess a valid driver’s license and a car
- Available for business travelling
- English (French an asset).
