Bookkeeper / Ofice Administrator (Wine Jobs: Management & Administration)

Bookkeeper required for a well-established Wine Agency working with LCBO for now over 20 years. 
This is an in - house position.

Major requirements:
1/ Full Cycle accounting with QuickBooks experience (min 2 years ++)
2/ Advanced knowledge of MS Office, Excel particularly
3/ Reliable, Punctual, Detail-Oriented, Organized
4/ Previous work experience in a small office environment
5/ Strong written and spoken English a must + (2nd French/Spanish is plus)

Other Experience:
1/ Wine Agency / Advertising / LCBO /
2/ Promotional Budget and expenditure planning / Graphics Design / Marketing Background
3/ Social Media / Facebook, Twitter, etc...

Preference will be given to the person living in Toronto Central + East.

 

Salary range: $32 - $45, based on experience
